daging kicap +-=soy beef. I been so many time to thailand but after 10days craving for Malaysian Foods more delicious and variety then thailand or indonesia.....awesome foods. try nasi kukus idham or nasi kukus sotong besar. yup mistake to put so many sources/gravvy in nasi kerabu, only nasi kandar/malay mixed rice can

Artem its been more than 2 years since we last saw you eating. With that amount if dishes you should order extra rice to soak up those gravy...looks super yummy. Do enjoy your food journey around Malaysia. This the first time you can't finish your meal..i think its because its sauce overload on your rice. That nasi kerabu with the blue rice with fresh salad is usually eaten without any sauce except with some simple side dish like fish or chicken. However you can put a bit of gravy. You can see from the banner the original nasi kerabu with chicken as a side. Can't wait for your next video. I guess like you said you lose touch of how to eat Malaysian food.

U r literally in my past. I was working with d KLCC project n migrated from d site office to tower 2 of d Petronas twin towers. I used to live in Bandar Baru Sentul, in an apt called Menara Orkid, just beside d UTC. Well, if u remember I told u about my 2nd depression after serving d country in Mumbai for 3 years, lost my job in income from MIDA, n had to let go of my apt. Well, life goes on, no matter what, right.

Blue rice is kerabu rice, usually eaten with salted egg dishes, fried chicken, grilled chicken/meat. If you want to eat that kind of gravy, white rice is more suitable. However, it looks delicious too.

You could also get a lot of Nasi Kerabu in Kelantan located east coast of Peninsular Malaysia. FYI the Nasi Kerabu version in Southern Thailand is different with us here in Malaysia.

Nasi banjir but the gravy ("kuah") combination is interesting. Just eat and enjoy the food whichever way you like. Now, people are curious about the taste of daging masak hitam with nasi kerabu or ayam masak merah with nasi kerabu. Good review.

We usually eat Nasi Kerabu with less sambal/gravy. But when eating Nasi Kandar the best way is lots of gravy. Malaysian called it kuah banjir.
