1. Mix sambar with rice. This is called sambar rice. Now scoop one spoon of this sambar rice and take one piece of vegetable. Put this mixture inside the mouth. Sambar is made of lentils and spices. Has good content of protein. 2. Mix rasam with rice. This is called rasam rice. Again, take one piece of vegetable and scoop it along with one tablespoon of rasam rice. 3. Tear one piece of Chappathi. Use the torn piece of chappathi to scoop one or two pieces of potato. 4. Spinach, potato, Kootu (means mixture of vegetsbles in semi solid form) are all side dishes for mixed rice. 5. Appalam (big white thin like bread) is also a side dish - kind of fritters 6. Final rice is always 'curd rice'. Mix curd/yogurt with rice. Pickle is the side dish (have pickle in less quantity). This will ensure you don't get any stomach related issues. 7. Banana is for easy digestion 🙂 8. Desert is after 'rasam rice' and before 'curd rice' I am from Chennai (South India). My name is Madhu.
