That burger looks on point. My favourite place in Syd is Two Hungry Bears in Narrabeen. Live in Newtown so a bit of trek and I generally do have to stick to the "fancy" places such as Loaded by BL, altho there are some hidden gems around the industrial areas of Marrickville.

Wow!!! Just been to Big Ray's for a burger. It's up there for the best burger I have eaten. I'm from the Shire and it was a 35 min drive to get there, but it was well worth it. I will certainly be going back to Big Ray's. Thanks Sydneyfoodboy for the heads up.

He did the absolute correct way searing the other side and taking it off fast because smashing it out can cause it to become dry and that one looks amazing! It does take a lot of the fat out as well which is also a plus😋

Had to check out Big Ray's Kebabs & Burgers after watching this. Bro, he didn't disappoint! To me they're just as good if not even better than Shake Shack! Better quality ingredients altogether / more fresh. The best thing about Livo is that it's on the same (train)line as Cabra! (saw your Cabra cheap eats video as well!)
