A particular Chinese store here where I bought foods and fruits and vegetables they were rotten the meat stunk made me sick to my stomach this Chinese people are dirty and sell crap and the meat that I bought were turkey neck that taste and stunk. I couldn't eat it I had to throw it away I spent seven bucks on that piece of crap.. I won't go back to that Chinese market or any other market and buy more crap there anymore.... All restaurants in businesses are out there to get a Facebook of review they don't care about their customer service anymore.. that's why I don't go out to restaurants they give you leftover food that other people leaving to season it to make it taste good and sell it to you and you go ahead and eat it and you spend probably $100 just for two people or three people just wasting your food and is unhealthy.. folks is not worth it to go out and eat anywhere in the world especially in the United States I'd rather go get it fast food restaurants every now and then and that's getting expensive.. gross just cook your own food even if you cook your own food the products you buy at the markets are crap.. they treat us like we're a bunch of scavengers throwing out bait or food to buy crap like a bunch of catfish...😡😡😡 scavenging the bottom of the river to eat crap.. .

Firstly , as an Australian born Asian- this was funny AF!!!! 🤣🤣🤣 Most of the ingredients he bought was not ready to eat per se . The JELLYFISH is meant to be used as a salad. So mixed into carrots , raddish and herbs and then cooked prawns and crispy pork belly ( as seen in Chinese restaurants) . The jellyfish itself is really weird in texture when eating as is . The MOCK chicken meat is meant to be stir fried into beans, mushrooms , bamboo shoots , carrots etc . It would definitely not taste good eaten as is ! The GRASS jelly is meant to be taken and cut into cubes and mixed into a dessert. For instance , mixed with some jackfruit , lycees and ice with sugar or syrup. The jar MACKEREL/fish is definitely NOT meant to be eaten from the jar . It’s fermented and preserved and needs to be cooked into dishes . Like Kim chi is fermented cabbage - this is fermented fish ! I’m laughing SO hard as I am typing this ! 😂😂😂 Spanian - you were not meant to eat it From the jar but you are braver than me !!! And I’m of Asian background!!!! Lol This fermented fish is an acquired taste for sure , like blue cheese !!!! The SQUID is raw and needs to be grilled, toasted, put on the bbq or soaked in water and put into a soup for seafood base . It’s mainly eaten grilled and torn up into smaller pieces and dipped in a sauce , usually a tamarind sauce . It’s chewy as heck eaten raw like that ! I don’t know how he did it but let’s say I couldn’t eat anything from those foods uncooked except the grass jelly ! Bravo to Spanian for not throwing up after eating all that ! Hope this helps with how these foods are meant to be prepared/ eaten !
