My boyfriend's family has a house in the blue mountains and I haven't been yet!! (we live in NYC at the moment) but when I DO go I can't wait to check out these vegan options!! And of course I had to share this video with his mum and him because we're the vegans in the group :) :) :) yayyyyy this video was so cute, love it!

Hi Liz! I live in the Blue Mountains - and grew up in Katoomba! I so so so happy to see this video and am so excited that the Mountains are offering more vegan food these days ☺️ there used to be an amazing vegetarian cafe called Big Beet that did so many vegan meals but they closed last year 😭 Mountain High Pies is our favourite place as my husband is a Coeliac and must eat GF. I get the tomato, lentil and coriander pie every time ;) hehe I’m so glad you had a great time and thanks for sharing! ☺️

Ahhh, the Korean used to be the only restaurant I would go to in Katoomba. So homely and friendly too. Good to see so many more options than when I lived there. Thanks Liz!

There is a Japanese Onsen up in the blue mountains and they have a restaurant there that serves heaps of wholesome vegan options like vegan chashu pork with veggies and rice it's sooo good! Would highly recommend :)
