Is no one else gonna talk about how good she look with short hair. She is a beautiful human inside and out and just stays true to herself. I used to struggle with anxiety and an unhealthy mindset. About the same way I eat, love your good energy. The typical western diet is not healthy and if you eat gluten free and clean you also don't need as much food, since your gut isn't leaking. For all of you commenting something else, get your reading done before questioning this diet. I get that it might not be what you are brought up believing you should eat, but once you read about it and start practicing it you will notice a big difference in all parts of your life. I used to feel tired after eating and this is partly because gluten blocks the blood stream to the brain, and meat is heavy on the digestive system. I used to find food boring but now I went to finding food as nurturing and the cooking process as connecting to the earth and slowing down. It's also fantastic actually knowing where your food is coming from and what it contains. Slow food is new for many but only good for the health and the planet. Love x

Where can you buy kale in the summer? Here in Berlin I can find it only around Christmas. I couldn't even buy it frozen throughout the year... I look for them every now and then but it's not available :(

You can sometimes find it in Denns or perhaps Alnatura. Otherwise you could get kale during the winter season and then freeze it.

is your diet a lil bit restrictive? i mean... a 250 cal smoothie for breakfast, and then hummus plate for lunch? is that substantial for the amount of cardio you do daily? just a sayin :) i struggled with ed and i dont think what youre putting out is "healthy"

She looks to be quite underweight by health professionals' standard, so I think she is definitely not eating enough :(

I think her brekafast with all the toppings and chai latte is easily around 400 kcal then she ate 2 whole peaches (100 kcal?) and the hummus plate was quite big I would say around (400-500 kcal? not sure) Her dinner is huge that's a lot of rice and also coconut milk is really high in calories as well as the avocado so in total she was around 1600-1700 kcal which is still not a lot but I think if you watch her other videos you'll see that on some days she eats way more/ less than this which really shows that she eats intuitively. Of course I don't know her and I'm not an expert of this (also not sure about the exact amount she ate) so this is just my opinion but I think that compared to the videos she made in the past this is really healthy and she's now has a pretty good realtionship with food and also with herself (or at least tha's what I see in her recent videos and I really hope it's true) ✌🏻

@@franciskabalogh5114 those arent chickpeas, they're white beans -- 255 kcal each tin. i suffered from anorexia -- and calorically, it isnt substantial with the amount of workout regimens she does daily. I'm not hating on her, im just saying there are a lot of young girls watching and her content has profound impact.

So as others have said I would say the smoothie Chloe made is closer to 400 or 500 calories. The bananas she used were very large easily 140kcal each. Also keep in mind that she has mentioned in her previous videos she often has more than one serving of her dinner meal just doesn’t always show on camera. Really anyone watching can learn a lot from the way that she eats it is very fibre rich and nutritionally dense which any expert worth their salt (see Dr Will Bulcewicz (read his Fiber Fueled book!), Dr Michael Greger, Dr Neal Barnard, Dr Esselstyn, and the list goes on) will tell you. The thing is that ( and I’m not calling you out here I truly understand that eating disorders are a very real and challenging experience so well done to you for overcoming yours!) the way the modern world has come too look at food and our perception of ‘normal, healthy’ appearance has become very warped in the last century due to industrialised farming, processed food, detachment from where our food comes from and a lot of false information from so called experts and dieticians on social media or bogus blogs. Our idea of a normal weight is larger than what it used to be. 70 % of western society are overweight or obese, 97% are deficient in fibre (and for the record only about 3% are deficient in protein, we eat way more protein than necessary in a lot of cases due to influence of marketing). I personally think ( from the tiny glimpse we have (a 10 to 20 min video) of a handful of days into her life of her level of activity and eating habits so you cannot make any diagnosis nor should you about her from that) that Chloe is very healthy, balanced individual, she eats nutritionally dense food, in great variety, periodically intermittently fasts (a very healthful thing to do if executed correctly I am a chemist and have read the literature on this before starting to practice it myself) and is active both in more intense exercise like cycling and running but also yoga. Also her frame/lean appearance will have some relationship to genetics, I remember seeing her mother in one video with her and they are similar in that respect. Lastly, I dont know where you are in the world right now but here in Europe we’ve had heatwaves with days exceeding temperatures of 35C. I personally find it difficult to eat a lot of heavy food in the summer even though I continue to train 2+ hours a day in addition to biking and walking everywhere. In a nutshell I think it is unfair/ incorrect to label Chloes diet as restrictive, I think a lot of people would be better for including a lot of the variety she has in their own lifestyles.

So I wrote this comment in response to one person (who previously battled with an eating disorder) suggesting that Chloe’s lifestyle is unsustainable in terms of how she eats. I’m re posting it here just so people get a better global understanding of what constitutes a healthful lifestyle ( in my opinion but I have made reference to some experts that I have read/listened to over the past 3 yrs since becoming plant based) I would also like to caveat that for the most part what is perceived as ‘healthful’ today via social media and/or traditional media is far removed from the truth ( I encourage you to do your research, a good starting point/intro to many discussions, not all of which I agree with completely and nor should you as it is imperative that we question everything these days in a critical manner, is the Rich Roll podcast, the episodes with any of the people I mention below are great and also Dr Zachary Bush MD to hear about glyphosate and monocrops)of the matter. Ultimately our obsession with calories and protein must come to an end and instead we should focus on fibre and nutrient density. My apologies if I repeat myself in this comment but this is a very important topic particularly now in the midst of a pandemic when the news is talking about sick care management as opposed to prevention and true health care. Really anyone watching can learn a lot from the way that she eats it is very fibre rich and nutritionally dense which any expert worth their salt (see Dr Will Bulcewicz (read his Fiber Fueled book!), Dr Michael Greger, Dr Neal Barnard, Dr Esselstyn, and the list goes on) will tell you. The thing is that ( and I’m not calling you out here I truly understand that eating disorders are a very real and challenging experience so well done to you for overcoming yours!) the way the modern world has come too look at food and our perception of ‘normal, healthy’ appearance has become very warped in the last century due to industrialised farming, processed food, detachment from where our food comes from and a lot of false information from so called experts and dieticians on social media or bogus blogs. Our idea of a normal weight is larger than what it used to be. 70 % of western society are overweight or obese, 97% are deficient in fibre (and for the record only about 3% are deficient in protein, we eat way more protein than necessary in a lot of cases due to influence of marketing). I personally think ( from the tiny glimpse we have (a 10 to 20 min video) of a handful of days into her life of her level of activity and eating habits so you cannot make any diagnosis nor should you about her from that) that Chloe is very healthy, balanced individual, she eats nutritionally dense food, in great variety, periodically intermittently fasts (a very healthful thing to do if executed correctly I am a chemist and have read the literature on this before starting to practice it myself) and is active both in more intense exercise like cycling and running but also yoga. Also her frame/lean appearance will have some relationship to genetics, I remember seeing her mother in one video with her and they are similar in that respect. Lastly, I dont know where you are in the world right now but here in Europe we’ve had heatwaves with days exceeding temperatures of 35C. I personally find it difficult to eat a lot of heavy food in the summer even though I continue to train 2+ hours a day in addition to biking and walking everywhere. In a nutshell I think it is unfair/ incorrect to label Chloes diet as restrictive, I think a lot of people would be better for including a lot of the variety she has in their own lifestyles. Interesting choice of foods. I think you were talking about food? Eating certain things can be very satisfying. Anyway, when will you do another tiny bikini try on or maybe bedroom intimates?
