I love coconut cream, too. For the roux, if you mix the flour with a little warm water before you add it, it won't hardly clump. Yummy Thanksgiving!

Actually, all you need to do is turn heat down right after the flour goes in and sloooooooooowly whisk in the liquids. Increase heat slowly as well.

Yesterday for Thanksgiving I made the garlic mashed potato, stuffing, cheddar cheese only crescent rolls along with the Trader Joe’s Turkeyless roast. This was a hit. The stuffing and mashed potatoes were absolutely delicious. I made my own vegan gravy and green bean casserole. This will be our Thanksgiving dinner going forward! Thank you for these recipes. @@niki420yuh veganism is an ethical philosophy. The diet is called plant-based. Shouldn't claim a label you don't understand. Why would any vegan even want to look like a murderer?
