Although I've lived in Florida since 1991, I grew up in Lincoln and still visit often, to see my childhood best friend. Lincoln is such a WONDERFUL place to live! The people are so kind, genuine, down-to-earth and just plain NICE. Plus it's not as crowded there as it is here -- Melbourne has easily doubled in population over the past 30 years and the traffic is outrageous. Not to mention the property taxes and homeowners insurance skyrocketing for us Floridians. I totally understand wanting to live in a tropical climate -- heck, that's why I'm here in Florida too. But I also totally understand the pull to be surrounded by your family in Nebraska. That's a really tough decision! I know you both with pray about it, and listen to your intuition! Good luck in whatever your next step may be.

Omg I Looovvve Dr. Brooke Goldner! My husband reversed his lupus with my cooking a few years ago and he has had ZERO lupus flair-ups since marrying me haha. We are 95% whole food plant-based (very rarely eat processed vegan items) & I just had a dream pregnancy last year. Okay, gonna listen to the rest now! Ya'll are the loveliest!

I for one do not feel well when I drink coffee... Love the taste, but do not love the outcome from Coffee ESPECIALLY AT AGE 66 W CAFFEINE INDUCED TACHYCARDIA. But I always feel very acidic after drinking Coffee. Natural coffee substitutes sometimes are ok... Such a chicory root & other NON STIMULATING Drinks... CAFFEINE reacts in the body like a DRUG...

Just to give you a heads up it’s oil of oregano and I take it when I’m feeling ill and it knocks it right out. I don’t know if anybody else reached out to you. I didn’t read all the comments, but I’m watching you right now and it’s amazing.

Coffee replacement - I drink instant chicory root once a day max. I heat almond milk in a pan until it froths, pour into a cup, add two teaspoons of the powder and then add a squeeze of date syrup. This is my 'coffee'. You can make with any plant or other milk, and can omit or use alternative sweetener eg agave, honey etc. Or you can make with just hot water black or add any milk. You can also use dried non processed cicory root - place in milk as above or hot water as you would making a herbal drink.

Wild oregano caps. It works best when you just start to feel the fist signs of one coming on. Read the back of the bottle but most of them are 3 times a day. Good luck

I missed the live show because I just had a surgery. I am a new subscriber and very excited to be part of your community. I pre ordered your book and can’t wait to get my copy 🙂So at the moment I just had my 5th spinal fusion all from a fall on black ice a few years ago. Weight is not an issue but I am definitely having major issues being active right now!! Feeling good and being healthy is a priority. I have issues with iron and B12. I’m very committed to living a healthy lifestyle and know your book is just what I need 🙂

Hi from Jacksonville Fl. Sorry I missed the live. I also use fire cider, elderberry syrup, oil of oregano and Sinus Blaster by Holly Hill Health Foods , all natural ingredients. Not all at the same time. The oil if oregano and sinus blaster I use if I catch something. It’s potent but it works. Love your channel and look forward to what the new year brings 💕

My very favorite coffee substitute is teechini . I’ve always had a struggle giving up coffee. I like oat creamer with a pumpkin or gingerbread flavor. So I put that in my teechini and it’s nice and dark like coffee too.

If Natasha looks back through the comments, Dandy Blend is a caffeine-free coffee replacement that tastes like coffee ( it’s also organic). There are terrible chemicals used in decaffeinating coffee, definitely worth avoiding. 😊☕️ You could mix half coffee and half Dandy Blend and taper off the coffee if you’re worried about caffeine withdrawal. Taking a herbal adrenal blend supplement will also help combat any withdrawal symptoms.

sorry I missed it, I was wanting to listen. I am looking at a juicer and you recommend the Nama juicer. Is this good for beginners?
@EatMoveRest6 күн бұрын
The Nama is hands down the best...you want something that will do the least amount of damage/oxidation to the produce you are putting into it, and Nama is the best! You can use EMR10 for 10% off! bit.ly/3z1uedg

Ok interesting... I'm in Orlando and we went with a midwifery office with my son (just over 6 years ago) and I tried SO hard to not get the ultrasound, but it was required. So what I did instead was pushed the 20 week back to 26/27😳. I'm wondering if it changed over the years.
