When I went to Korea in the summer of 2013 we went and got that ice cream but no one told us to stir it...... It makes me feel sad knowing that it could have tasted better. (We went with Korean friends)

Some people even put salt on fruits like watermelon, because ( as far as I can remember, I suck at chemistry so correct me if I'm wrong! D: ) salt works as a catalyst and it speeds up the breakdown of sugar, making the taste more intense, which also seems to be the reason why they put a little bit of salt into pasteries.

Salted caramel is where it's at! Add chocolate to that and you're in heaven. Or just a gooey chocolate fondant with a sprinkle of salt on top. Salt truly makes everything taste better... even the sweet things! Must try it with ice cream now too..
