Nice to see your EG33 exhibits the classic “warmed up, where’d my oil pressure go?” Suggest you go a little heavier on the oil (10W50) if you take it to the track again.

Glad we think alike :) This was 15w-50, I'm thinking putting the oil cooler back on should help a bit.

@@EazyOnCars short of going to a dry sump, I’d recommend that you see if you can’t pick up an Accusump on eBay. Relatively cheap insurance against toasted bearings.

Were the fans coming on? Coolant temps above 200 and you didn’t seem to be pushing the car hard at all(?)

Yeah, they are on over 200F. I wouldn't be worried until it gets to 225-230F. The dash temp gauge didn't move. That being said I think I can do better than the griffin drag radiator and will probably upgrade this winter.

yep, though I suspect this is only the base value. For example I know 15 degrees is max under boost, but the flex fuel sensor adds up to 2 degrees, and I don't think thats reflected in the number shown.

Yep, just have a helmet and pay the entry fee. Car might have to pass tech inspection.

I've got the driveshaft stuff filmed, wiring harness started, relocation of the abs unit, then probably the cooling system. I need to sure up the steering rack and get the shifter linkage working.
