Similar to EB1A but for professors or researchers, and only 2 criteria need to be met (instead of 3) but you need sponsorship from a company. That's why I don't cover it in the channel

I am noticing that EB3 denial rate is really low comparing the other EB visas. 3335 / 57600 = 5.7% for 2022 Fiscal Year, how is this possible?

What do you mean how it's possible? It makes sense that lower standard for requirements results in higher approvals . In any case, the labor certification process is not included in these statistics , and labor certification may be the hardest part for these lower skilled EB green cards

I have an E2 status until feb 2024... if i get the i 140 approved, but I'm not able to file form i 485 by then... is there a way to remain in the country... is there any kind of "I'm waiting" status... i could potentially renew the E2, at least try, but I don't know if it's a good idea o have that many processes... thanks a lot!

Renewing that visa, or accessing another type of visa like a student visa. However , having filed an I-140 may cause problems because you established intent to immigrant. Consult a lawyer

Hi Oscar, Thanks for sharing vital facts. I have questions: Can a self-employed (copywriter/content writer) apply for NIW? If his degree is in some other field, he works as a copywriter; is it ok? Should his proposed endeavor show that he will work as a copywriter in a US company? or, he will open his company and hire people.

the degree must be in the same field, if not you can see if you qualify under exceptional ability.
