How much does it cost for the EB2-NIW? What chances are for an engineer to get approved? Thanks

could you please do a video about the eb3 work visa. I think it's the one that my dad should try to get but every website gives very varied information and it would be great if you could explain it fully thanks.

Sure! Send me an email. Tell me where your dad is now -- in the USA or working outside the USA, what work he does, what level of education he has, and what is his country of birth. immigration.art@gmail.com

hank you for your video. I am a US Masters degree holder and on F1 STEM OPT. Currently, I am working as a contractor at company B and my employer is company A. The company B is willing to file for the EB2/EB3 visa for me. Technically I am not a direct hire of company B and I am treated a temporary worker. So actually my employer is company A. My question is whether company B will be able to apply for my EB2/EB3 visa?

Hey, great videos! I am a physical therpist from the Philippines. I already have a US license to practice my profession but unfortunately was not picked for H1B lottery last year. I opted to enrol in an online program for Transitional Doctor of Physical Therapy in a US college which is set to finish in 2 years. My question is two part: 1. Can I possibly use this study as a way to get another type of visa, perhaps an F1, so I can bypass the H1B lottery? 2. When I finish the DPT degree from a US college, would I be eligible for an EB2 visa? How long does that usually take to process (given that the EB2 priority date for the Philippines is "current")? I would really appreciate any help you can provide, as I feel that no one has been able to answer my questions. Immigration law can be so confusing and it's just hard leaving everything to chance (hello H1B lottery). Thanks so much!

P Daniel Hahaha! Actually, the drawing over my shoulder looks like the part of my mind frustrated by the broken U.S. Immigration System that is 16 years overdue for reform :D
