Hi, great video. I have a question: For a person applying outside of the US, when EB2-NIW is approved, an immigrant visa is needed to enter the US. I have heard that when a person applies for an immigrant visa at the US Embassy, It is often asked to provide an offer of employment in the US. (even though NIW waive off the employment requirement). Could you share your experience regarding this? thanks

Instead of 10 publications and having more than 30 citations if you have completed national projects for a national consortium and rather produced technical reports that helped several government based clients across the US, can those projects be a substitute to journal publications and citations produced from them? Problem is when you are working on projects after they are completed the technical reports are published on a website for general public and they do not really get cited a lot. Getting citations out of published technical reports is a slower process. That is why I am asking :) Thanks !

@@ahmednislam I`m not an native english speaker or american but if you have a phd or a masters degree your english should be strong enough to understand the simple message of this video... otherwise your graduate degree is with no standards or fake... so if he is not able to understand this video, he will be not able to qualify for eb2, so he has to improve his english! thats the sImple conclusion
