Great video. I'd love a video explaining in further detail how to understand your market when pricing jobs. And how to get your price, "As low as it can go" while still hitting 50% and attracting the right people. I feel that painting is a little different than other more "emergency" service based businesses like plumbing, HVAC, ect in that people can sort of take their time and spend a week or two getting multiple bids to paint their house. You're not getting 3 bids while your toilet is overflowing.

Measurement base estimating (or production rate estimating) is one of the most difficult and challenging things for a painting business owner to come up with yet I would say it is probably the most important.
