i recommend the 2 shoe clutches because the springs on the 3 shoe clutches snap easily

Hey chum see the duff key on the crank/clutch see when u puttin racing clutch on do u still need that or when u tighten The srew dose that hold it and will it run right

no key on the clutch works ....but you must youse the key on the fly wheel side as it sets the timing

But even with the new racing clutch on you are able to spin the clutch is that right or not i thought it ment to be really tight

the shaft it goes on should be cone shape so as you tighten the bolt it should stop spinning...all so the clutches i have dont have the slot for the key..but there is a slot on the shaft..i guess if the clutch you have has a key slot to match the shaft ..you could yous a key to stop it spinning....but as i said i have never needed a key for the clutch...
