Ebay remote how to reprogram or clone - 4 Channel RF Key Remote Control 315/433MHz

One of three types of re-programmable fob from ebay/china. These are great little devices usually cost €1.5 - €2 Delivered! Batteries last 1+ years too which is awesome!

this saved me. Instructions that it came with had no mention of needing to reset the buttons first. Once I did, programming it worked instantly

The solution for me was: hold C and D until the flash hold A and B until the flash KEEP HOLDING A (this bit is missing in instructions below) AND RELEASE B THEN PRESS B THREE TIMES the keys are now clear and there is no light when you momentarily press A, B, C or D Hold down the letter button you want until it flashes and activate the key you want to clone.

Just one question.. On the original garage key, my garage door lift button somehow got reprogrammed and I have to hold down the button constantly to raise the door, the lower button only works with one click.. How can I fix this?.. Does anyone know? someone

I had no idea you had to reset it. I thought my 2 yr old had drained the battery so I got new ones and still wasn’t working. Turned out he had just pressed all the buttons at once and reset the thing. I feel a bit thick now but thanks for this video big help 😊

I have tried many methods on youtube. The biggest unknown is if remote has fixed code or rolling. If this is rolling type of code you may not clone remote settings sadly.

How can i add new device and not clear previous ones (on A and B I already have two devices, but I want to ad on C and D 2 more new devices). I want to keepA and B, jut want to add to C and D without reseting A and B (don't have option to clone A nad B again)

Hi, not sure if someone has the same issue. I have the same garage fob, but a few weeks after programming it's not working and I have to do the programming again. I even bought two and they both lost programming at the same time. Does anyone know what could be the reason?

Buy 380 MHz, 433 MHz is not compatible with your device.

On part 0:50 you said "gone" but the lead light flashed once the same as in part 0:30. I did exactly you showed. But nothing works. 😞

That is annoying, sometimes the battery connect separates on them as they are cheaply made and that happens

Your garage door opener probably uses rolling code technology. The code is scrambled and changed every time you press the button. The ebay listings for these specifically mention that they don't work with rolling code systems

Double check the guide from the seller they all have ever so slight differences in the coding

Most of these scams show the device cloning a garage door opener remote that looks like a car key fob. It is not for cars and doesn't even work on most modern American garage door openers.

I have 2 alarm fobs for my jeep and 1 of the 2 remotes doesn't work . If I was to buy these universal remotes would they copy onto my jeep remote . I've liked and subscribed to your channel . haha! So funny I made this video ages ago and never checked the channel gas that is has this many views. Unfortunately I have a bmw and wife has a mini(also bmw I suppose) and I don't have any fobs that will pick up those freq. Might try finding one!

Same here very frustrating. I have looked at several videos on remote that looks identical but cant make mine work. Only get 1 blue flash. I can get fast flashing light by pushing both A&B or C&D but that’s it.

@@TomBTerrific I have these notes in my phone. Have no idea if they’re the right notes or not though. Give it a try and let me know if it works. New remote: Press and hold top 2 buttons until they flash a few times. keep pressing them and then press button 2 three times until lots of flashes. Press and hold lightning (or button that opens the door) of current remote. Press and hold button 1 of new remote until both flash lots. They are now paired.
