I started sourcing at Goodwills and didn't know any better. Since then , I've only sourced at Salvation Army that have 50% sales on one day of the wek. Unlike Goodwill they don't google lens every iem they put out like GoodWill and our local Kiwanis stores. other than Salvation Army stores , my local auction house I've done very well.

Macy's, Abercrombie, J. Crew, H&M and some other departments stores are eliminating free returns. Even Amazon is charging $1 for items returned through the UPS stores.

What are the differences in Seller protections between free returns and buyers paying for returns? and in a previous shipping video, you took the measurements of the item itself instead of the shipping box measurements. Do you also base the item weight in or out of the shipping box? Which methods are better for weighing and measuring items in or out of the shipping boxes? Thank you in advance.

Hi J, I had an eBay store in 2019-2020. Seems I was just building momentum when COVID struck… my store didn’t make it through as I was sick with COVID twice and it took me a long time to get better. I have wanted to get going again. Now, it seems to me that sourcing is much harder now than it was then. I’ve been watching your videos and I’m keeping my eyes open for “fast sell rate” items. I go to thrift stores, and yard/estate sales in the warmer months. Do you have any suggestions for other places to source?

I have a question returns on or off ? I get returns, and it bums me out. Lol, I get them on digital cameras, and how would you know if they swapped it. i think Ebay has huge problems with a few things that i think can be resolved, but they rely on automation too much there is never a person or outlet with actual power to do anything. All they have is ebay for business on facebook marketplace and ebays chat but those are all just policy educators.

I am dealing with my first return/refund. The item was a lamp and expensive. The buyer received the shade portion damaged. I made the sale via promotional listing, and I paid for some shipping and the buyer paid some. I purchased shipping insurance and shipped thru UPS ground advantage. I intend on filing a claim. In the meantime I have been in constant communication with the buyer. He offered to retract the refund request and receive a partial refund (amount unknown) How do I refund someone the full amount when I haven’t received the full amount from eBay due to fees. Should I just go ahead with a return and full refund rather than a partial refund? I don’t think I can even do a partial refund because I already accepted the return. What would you do?

Don't understand how you only have 6% returns on electronics. I provide pics of unit working & even pics of internal serial #s. Nothing stops scammers from opening fraudulent claim & returning trash. As if Ebay show my items to the worst scammers who purposefully game the return system to punish me for being diligent.
