@jimmyay1 they are pulling it down so soon becasue they don't want it to fall down on itself as the floors and roof did fall though so the outer walls didn't have much support as it was all on the bottom and the fire left it as a empty shell so it would of been weak and they must of thought they didn't want it standing as it was a danger. so they are pulling it down as i've just said so it isn't suspiciously quick demolition they are pulling it down for saftey reasons.

Its a very sad thing, i used to keep my ponies in the field above the mill, & i know loads of people who have worked at that mill, we all have our opinions, & i'll keep mine to myself, bu i have to agree with th3soundguy....but thats as far as i will go, could tell u stories that would make ur toes curl. But i get why they have taken it down, but can they still find the root of the fire now its a pile of rubble on the floor?

@redvixen271 Who cares what the root of the fire was? Smash that crap building down I say!

crap is what modern development gives birth to!

@@gahtsno1 I was pleased they got rid of this eyesore though. Just think about modern planning. They would not allow something that size to be rebuilt in a nice spot.

People have lost their jobs and without mills , technology wouldn’t have existed lmao fool
@PreservationEnthusiast2 жыл бұрын
@@MrMotivation2603 I'm not saying that the technology wasn't useful in its day but this place was long empty before the fire and demolition. There comes a time when we have to smash up old stuff and replace it with something relevant to the current time.
