The ebike laws has always been the same class 3 28mph at 750watts. Anything higher is an electric motorcycle. I would say that the ebox is an electric moped.

@@burn1gotbeats the dragster is a lot of fun, the 2.0 looks siiiick though! I’m not gonna lie, there’s been several times on the dragster where I wish I had suspension. Buuuut the dragster is it’s own little vibe, definitely a head turner too.

Iwas going to comment the same thing about suspension making a difference. I bought a motorcycle butt pad that helps but I'm sure the 2.0 is more comfortable on bumpy roads. You will probably draw less negative attention from cops on the road and pedestrians on trails with the dragster. I get lots of smiles and nods on my Dragster especially when they see the wheelie bar.
