Brand new echo cs 4910 unboxing and first start with trouble. And I go over what I did to get it going. The cs-4910 was discountinued for the 4920. The cs-4910 and 501p are very similar and we go over some of that.

I did do a muffler mod on mine. Just drilled some holes in the cover and removal of the tubing piece inside is also recommended. It'll run cooler.

GREAT SAW, I just bought the last one my local HD had. MAY snip up another just to have on the shelf. I believe the 501P has a different coil (both unlimited), wrap, rubberized handle, and the pro bar. Pull the cap off the side of the muffler, remove the tube insert thats under it, cut the front facing tin off of the cap that faces forward (just follow the protruding outline), then push down the four cut outs with a flathead. really wakes up the saw with SOME guys getting 1/2hp out of it....Dyno Joe proven.
