What a beautiful coincidence!✨ I always come home in the evening feeling surreally tired🤣 even on holidays because in fact I never stop. Unfortunately I can't do anything about it, this my karma😰😁.Two evenings ago I didn't even have the strength to eat dinner I only did it because I had to. I didn't even have the strength to do my daily yoga session which I almost never skip. So I went to bed and thought "NOW I'll concentrate on my breathing" and so it was. I felt the rhythm of my heart and the rhythm of my breathing my body lighten little by little... Suddenly a thought/vision crossed me: ALL the creatures in the world from the smallest bacterium to the biggest man in the world breathe, we are all united by this silent rhythm that binds us to organic life. This must be the undulating rhythm of the Universe ❤and the Universal Consciusness must be a gigantic heart❤ Then I fell asleep...✨ I find wonderful that all of us are united by the rhythm of our hearts and our breathing. I don't know what happened❤✨ but the next morning I was so rested and felt as good as I had ever felt....❤️ So grateful 💓🙏✨✨✨✨✨🌺

Deep breathing automatically calms the center in your brain, that dominates emotions and especially anxiety. But it’s also another way to get closer to the divine or whatever you wish to label it a higher source God, and so on I think deep breathing is the most simplest way to experience peace besides silence

That’s how I’ve always been able to invite in, and find the presence! It was through my breath and feeling the aliveness in my body. It’s exactly what Eckhart is talking about here! Also, most recently I have had experiences where I can feel the presence outside of my body surrounding the area I’m sitting in like he discusses here! It’s very recent, like I said but amazing, and that presence is still the same I’m feeling inside my body. Thank you, Eckhart for your precious teachings! As someone that has suffered nasal polyps that prevent nasal breathing I can report nasal breathing is needed for calming your systems and also assists good digestion, BUT I can also report to NOT focus on breathing…. “Notice” breathing and return to calming breath through meditation but REMEMBER breathing is subconsciously actioned, to become TOO focused on breathing can ALSO create anxiety and worry…. “let it be” notice where you are in moments and just return to good breathing by relaxing shoulders and defocusing ✨ * ALWAYS breathe in through nose fill belly, diaphragm breathing gets forgotten in stress, it gets up in our shoulders…relax, fill belly, exhale through pursed lips… as said let it be, you’ll recover automatically 🙏🏻

Just be patient and look forward to being able to breathe….❤️ I know that feeling because I have sleep apnea so that generally originates in your tissues of your throat where they close up and you’re literally not able to get enough oxygen so that you can breathe and sleep properly so that’s why treated with a CPAP machine, but I know that nasal polyps are quite common but very Very uncomfortable. It is difficult to do deep breathing techniques if you’re not able to breathe through your nose, but I would think that trying to do deep breathe through your lungs and then exhaling through your nose. You’re still label to get just a little bit of oxygen moving through your nasal passages , until you get the surgery, try breathing first through your diaphragm and stomach and breathing out whenever and however, you can through your nose. It's been a long time, this observer pays attention to that entity which is called "air" in human language, this observer pays attention to all of its movements, dynamics and way of existing in the form of wind or soft air flow. Different trees, speaks with different movements of leaves to this entity. Since I have a close relationship with trees, they showed me and oriented my attention to it, "air". I know why you find watching the breath the most influential spiritual practice. Nobody knows who or what this entity is, just like light. Excellent Video Professor Eckhart! "Epistemology" is the indoctrination of particle complexity resonating through different "forms" , "shapes", and "ideas." Empirical notions blessed with cellular translucency must initiate a congruent set of "variables" identifying depth & structure. The very first step in meditation is mastering "Breathing." Do you breathe from your mouth or your nose? Neither! Just like high prices are the result of inflation, a breath from the mouth or nose is the "result" of meditation. Where is the source? The source of all breathing is located 10 below strings in the stomach. This is where the "breath" must come from. The spiritual essence of "being" must be defined through a re distribution sequence which alleviates "friction." Nature must transcend the dialectical process of "interaction" by encompassing what it is not. What it will be can exist but it is not said to exist until existence is a reflection of the "ontological" state of "consciousness."
