That which IS, the Sole Self present is already at Itself. There is only Now, Purity, Pure Presence. Truth can neither be taught nor learned, and What Is certainly is not a student of Itself. Purity need not, indeed cannot be purified. It is already present fact.

@@ferdinandalexander8053 According to A Course in Miracles -- Purity, or guiltlessness, is given us by our connection with God. Our private thoughts and belief in the ego thought system dissociates who we think we are from this state of purity. Atonement is the willingness to accept this Self instead of the self image we accepted in the illusion of separation. Our preferred dream of private thoughts, private lives, and separated selves serve to block the shared wholeness of union with each other and with God (Life, Light, Love). The practice taught in the Course is called the "holy instant," where we receive and give the Presence of God through the Holy Spirit (the part of our minds that are in full communication).

Yes change the internal energy and the external will change with it. Similarly to how the change in external can change our internal. But the more presence I practice the more I realize there is no "internal" because my entire body and what's "inside me" is external to the rest of the world. I just have thoughts and emotions and a simulated reality in my brain, which is various processes that happen because of my external body. Just because someome cant purposefully read my mind, it doesn't mean my thoughts aren't external. Because they are. Everything is external this why they are connected. Edit: the actual inside me, is the space within quantum structures of my molecules. Perhaps this massive micro space is the source of where the Tao, the nothingness within us. The other layers are the spaces between thinking and feeling, that's the stillness.

@@오리-h6l well it’s all around just one of the deepest channeled texts ever recorded next to perhaps Law of One -Ra. One of my favorite teachings from it is the law of projection and how it uses that understanding to correct your identity. It goes straight to what your projecting and corrects THAT instead of attempting to correct your self identity first and hoping the projection follows suit. I.e. if you see your brother as evil or separate from you then that can only be because you see yourself as separate from source, separate from oneness. One of its pinnacle teachings is that “correcting” your perception into vision is not of your own doing but simply by becoming aware of these activities of the ego, aka the belief in separation, then awareness will naturally correct it.

I had the book for years and couldn't get through it in any meaningful way, until I kept getting drawn to it and sat down again to try. After 20 years of having the book just kicking around. Then I got it, and good. The most significant thing I go from it and which I really needed to know, was that our mind is not only NOT who we are, but it is largely insane without intentional awareness that our mind has that tendency if you're not consciously cultivating it. If you're letting your mind run itself willy nilly, you're being led around by something that has no real existence. And that's why life can be not only difficult, but can seem meaningless. We're not meant to live by the mind.

Empty your mind of everything it thinks is either true or false, or good or bad, of every thought it judges worthy, and all the ideas of which it is ashamed. Hold onto nothing. When they said she was becoming distant, she was learning to trust herself. When they said she was losing touch, she was finding her inner voice. "It cannot be defined. It is not something the intellect can conceptualize effectively. It seems mysterious because you cannot control it, you cannot define it and you cannot put it into a simple explanation. Some people are afraid of Knowledge for this reason. They feel it is unpredictable, and they cannot be in control of it, and so it frightens them. They are afraid to be guided by something that they do not fully understand. That is because the intellect wants to be the ruler of their life. It wants to use Spirit as a resource. It wants to feel in control. It wants to be in charge. This, of course, is all born of a fundamental confusion, the confusion that is the result of living in Separation." ~ Going Beneath the Surface of the Mind ~ by Marshall Vian Summers.

But how do you go about doing that? because most people I come across are too unconscious to understand the truth behind this. Any word of advice? Thank you.
@TheMediumChannel Жыл бұрын
@@shiwangiagarwal1793 first bit of advice would be to stay in your own lane. In other words, really only speak with those who are reachable and teachable. Second thing is to make sure your spiritual hygiene is good. There’s so much out there, trying to prevent the mass awakening that we are subject to low frequencies on a daily basis. And really just have fun, just be enjoy, and you magnetize the right people. Sometimes it’s our own subconscious programming that we have to move through so continue to do the Presence work, and I highly recommend a practice called heart brain coherence, or there are various yoga and breath techniques that give you the same results. Anyway, best of fortune, the world needs more spiritual teacher that’s for sure.

I study it since 2013, in the beggining it was confusing and very difficult to reconcile my everyday life with what it was teaching, but today I just love to practice the daily lessons, I learned that Truth can be present regardless of what seems to be going on in our lives. When I started studying I was also afraid of my future, not having money or something like that, since I was embracing the idea that nothing existed and so on, but guess what, I'm a fierce student of the Course and I have an excellent job :D In other words, we are innocent children of God, we don't need to be afraid of punishment, that's purely a mind concept being played in an inexistent world.

We are not our minds and the thoughts our minds produce are not our thoughts, we are no more responsible for the internal noise we receive than we are for the external noise we receive, be it enjoyable external noise like birds signing or unenjoyable external noise like someone digging up the road outside our house with a jackhammer, be it internal or external noise it makes no difference, its all just noise that we are totally free to pay attention if we are enjoying it or simply let pass without our interest or attention if it's not supporting our peace and happiness. Thoughts are not the problem it's our feelings about and meaning we attach to the thoughts that can easily become a problem if we are not aware of what they really are. It's both extremely safe and extremely good for our mental health to not take a single thought we receive too seriously at all, after all its just a lot background noise no matter what it is 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Thank you for being you. During a conversation with the wind, a neighbors dog, the ants, a tree and my higher self, I realized that the ducks have the best gossip. What became abundantly clear is that I'm still learning and that the only thing I know for sure is that I know nothing. Attached to nothing, connected to everything. Water is life. Universal law is do no harm, no one is above the law. Time, like fiat is a construct. Trying to understand any point of a construct from within the confines of the same construct will only result in solutions made of the same construct. Sometimes, another perspective can be beneficial, no matter how contrary. Like a muscle, it grows from exercise, synchronicity, and willingness to step into the unknown unknowns in order to see any universal truth. Eventually, emergence, involution, evolution, pendulum, homeostasis, balance of all things comes into being. Creation is ongoing, not a one time thing. It's every moment, all around us. Every fractal has repeating, repeated, whichever word you want. This is a fractal of english. Language and imposed will is the limiting factor to communication. Consciousness is currency, be aware of how you choose to spend it. Also, what is feeding off of your Consciousness. Free will is given by the universe. Concent is not consensual, because they are two different words. The word information and disinformation is simply the other side of any argument or perspective. "This, that, and the other. Most people squirrel caught up on this or that and completely miss the other." 💚🦄🌻🌈🐞🦋🐜🌲👽🌬🐕🐋🐬🦉🦁♾🐢🦚🪶🪲🕷🦂🧙🏼♂️🐝🦗🌌☀️✨🎨💎🎶🗝🧬⚛💚 "Never judge a book by its cover or viewpoint." There are only two states of being, love and fear. When in a state of fear, ask yourself how you can add more love to the situation, then choose to learn from your intuition and apply that lesson with intent from the heart towards yourself. Never limiting or judging your errors or someone else's journey. Doing so misplaces your energy from within to without, which manifests your limitations, perspective, and judgements on others, entrapping them in a fractal of their circumstances. Choose love and compassion in raising awareness for all, including ourselves. We are continously creating the recipe of our conditioning. So enjoy the journey in conscious awareness. Water is life.

Sometimes it talks of/to you, now, in the present. Also, "Now you know him not?' Is a question of if you can let go of judgement as suggested before this line, then "now do you know him not?" I believe this to be referring to God again in masculine terms, as in can you not glimpse in this brief moment of non judgement and space from thinking that he / that which is God is present. Beautiful to hear read out loud Thank you very much. Love from Heti Hope

In the spiritual journey there are only two paths: 1. Get out of the body. 2. Dive into self.

You don't really need to get out of your body, since you're not the body.. Sri Ramana Maharshi said the only two paths to enlightenment were self-enquiry (asking Who Am I?) and discarding every thought form as unreal, and enquiring to its source.. or complete surrender to God or Guru.

..."take no thought". Years ago I went on a 11 day silent retreat, and meditated for 8-9 hours a day. By day 6, I thought I was losing my mind and spent about 2 hours of my meditation practice plotting my escape without being noticed 😂. On day 9...something broke...I knew not what or who I was...

Only the practice of silence will be without these ego pitfalls that can happen with any words used for the Infinite Silence.

@@nicolereed645 Well, lots of examples in history of many "masters" and "enlightened" teachers who could float in blissful silence but were extremely dysfunctional and unhealed/untransformed as individual manifested consciousness. It seems that true enlightenment also is about full healing, full gnosis and fully growing up - cosmically speaking.
