My father just bought the delta pro 3 and an extra battery, I can confirm the extra battery only has a cable going to the main delta pro 3. And you are limited by the 2 xt60 connections on the main unit for your solar. I was having fun designing different solar panels in series and parallel to make the voltage and amperage work for it.

Jen and I have not worked directly with eco flow and all of the units have different workings to be honest. I know the Bluetti units can independently use a direct DC connection to charge the expansion battery in addition to the power unit as well. But with eco flow I'm not sure how they are set up, sorry. You definitely have to follow the solar input tolerances or parameters in all cases tho

I don't know beans about solar power and the various connections of the panels to the chargers so I can't help you with your questions. Can you power the delta pro 3 with a gas generator? How long does it take to recharge it from gas generator if possible to do?

Yes, I use my Honda 2000 watt generator takes just under 2 hrs, and I believe it's a pure sign wave one... hear some units have issues with certain generators, I have another older larger generator haven't tried to see if it will charge it, but I will do that.
