In case China and Japan stop buying US debt, the FED will find a way to make up for the lost buy side volume. They cannot (legally) bid directly in the primary treasury auction, but they can hide behind some "commercial bank" acting on their behalf and then just selling it all to them a day later. When presented with a choice between inflation and US govt default, they are going to pick inflation. And that moment is coming, if we are not already in it. Austerity is not offered by either political party (uniparty), because that does not win voters.

Soar Financial! Your title describes your doom and gloom mindset and know i know you always invite people with the same mindset. I if you ever are going to learn to be a channel that provides financial information free of negativeness. You have been proven to be wrong and full of useless information and I get it eventually one day something might happen to the economy that brings bad news but that doesn’t make you an oracle of financial information

You obviously are under opinion the Fed is doing a great job. What is actually good? Free, low interest loans seem good. But it is not sustainable.
