Ecu shop boost speed next throttle controller. Is it worth it? What does it do?

This week we get our hands on a ECU=SHOP Boost Speed Next Throttle Controller V2 + Ramble.
I fit it to our N80 Hilux and test out all the options including the Ramble mode. Which gives you that lumpy idle in your diesel
It also has heaps of other options including eco mode and anti theft
