I have only become aware of Ed within the last month, and boy am I glad that I did! I seem to remember seeing a guy playing a Stratocaster with Dizzy on the TV back in the late 70’s or early 80’s. Was that Ed?

@@radjet I looked up Ed’s bio, I see that he was born in New Haven, Connecticut in 1954. New Haven, origin of another (IMHO) under recognized jazz guitarist, Tony Purrone who played with the Heath Brothers at about the same time that Ed was with Diz.
