To be honest, no. Don’t want to be negative but I love Ed and his guitar and loop pedal. All the extra instruments and the tempo changes is all too much for me. That being said, it’s Ed. He is a lyrical genius and with time I’m sure I’ll be playing songs and singing along but my initial visceral reaction is NOT ANYTHING that I ever expected. (If the songs were released on the new album and sounded exactly like he does on this live, I’d be ecstatic. Ed and his guitar is more than enough. It’s magical.)

I've said the same about this album, was telling my kids I used to buy a cd just for 1 song & that it's rare to find an album that you love completely, but this is DEFINITELY one of them. I was brought up in Orford just up the road, I sound engineered the chap at an end of year gig at his school in Fram years ago, working for Rob Quinn, father of Jessie Quinn bass player for Keene. I live in Ipswich now. I have never ever heard a bad word about Ed, he raises loads of money for the East Anglia Children's Hospice.
