This is nice.. I had mine's battery replaced by a watch repair man and he opened it. He manually moved the second/longest hand and said the smaller ones are broken, as they cant be aligned. Thanks for this video. It saved me from spending more for repair.

I forgot how to do it And by that reason I came on this your video and thanks! I first changed my Seiko Sportura chronograph battery It’s strange actually why the watch maker didn’t correct my chronograph also not immediately But now everything is perfectly alined I only never figured how to get that Calendar correct some months later its not correct That’s always a hassle for me But the time I most have it correct I wants everything is sharply correct. But it’s also time to look for a new watch. I own this watch since 2013 I think and now its 2025. Also because to many scratches but not on the sapphire glass. That is highly advised when you buy a watch always go for one with sapphire glass Or not and. Be very careful But thats maybe impossible. Because mostly than the scratches can comes easier atleast too me. Ouch.

Thank you. The hour hand would reset to a position that was way off and it bothered me that the stop watch hands weren’t nicely zeroed out. Maybe now I can actually use it to time stuff that takes more than a minute.

im attempting to fix a Seiko 100m i just recently got but I'm having no luck. the large seconds hand does not spin at all, and the small seconds hand on the left middle spins very fast (1 full rotation every 7 seconds), do you know what could possibly be wrong with it?
