Eddie Bert 1953

Leigh talks to trombonist Eddie Bert from his WOV 1280AM radio show in 1953 just before his quintet record was to be released. In this short segment Eddie tells Leigh about his preference for small group playing and a comment about one of his tunes. Not much here but I like hearing the voices of the great jazz musicians from the past. Jazzwax has an interesting transcribed interview with Eddie on their website which I recommend.
