Well done Andrew. Brilliant compilation, even by your high standards, and to get it done so fast is incredible. Nice touch with the try at the end (amazing pass from the winger by the way! 🤩) Butler was a brilliant commentator in his own right, but I particularly loved his double-act with Brian Moore. One of my favourites was England v Italy - Toby Flood kicked for the hundredth time and Moore lost it, shouting and presumably swearing as his next words were cut off by the producer! Eddie was absolutely pissing himself laughing and did well to hold it together to carry on talking normally. The one piece of Butler commentary that always sticks in my memory is George North running through three defenders to score in the corner (I think v England). Butler growling “the POWER OF NOOOORTH!!” Anyway, wonderful tribute mate. 👏

RIP Eddie Butler. He always seemed to find the right words for the right occasion at the right time, his timing was so uncanny. Little wonder that to my ears he was essentially the Poet Laureate of BBC Sport. And the double act with Brian Moore goes without saying.
