I was 14yr old when this wonderful young man was killed. I loved his songs so much, and was just so sad when we learned he had been killed in a car crash. I often thought of what he would have become, a huge continuing sucess. I also thought of how his poor dear mother and father were just devastated and, hurt the rest of their lives. Their all together in Heaven now with our Wonderful Lord Jesus to comfort them forever. Thank you Sir for this video.

Without Eddie, there would be no Pete Townsend, Rod Stewart, Led Zep, Marc Bolan, or Hendrix. He was a fabulous talent who left far too early. It speaks volumes that six decades after his premature passing, nobody had a bad word to say about him. Like James Dean, he will remain forever young.

As a long time guitar player myself...I also heard Eddie used a thiner B string as an E string to help with his wild Country sounding bends.... Hi Phil wasn't it for now? The steps are the wrong way around. I couldn't believe it. I won't be the only one to have noticed, but the monument was nice from the fans. I'm glad you like my films and keep in touch. I love doing them. There's some great people on this channel and I I love chatting with them. It's a little community. I'll let you know about the shirts. I just don't at time but I'll put a link on the community tab soon. See you around my friend. Alan

That's absolutely correct my older brother & myself visited his grave on a trip to the U.S & Canada around 20 yrs ago!!! His mother, father and fiancee Sharon Sheely are buried either side of him!!! It's a beautiful spot!
