After hearing everything you said, everything you went through and then when asked if you could turn back time would you do it again, and you respond 'Yeah, but i'll add 10kg' has blown my mind. Truly inspirational.

Can we acknowledge the fact that Eddie hit 500k like a month ago and he is already close to 1 million subs!!

Big bean Boi True, I honestly think the deadlift boosted the sport in a whole. Like when you say the name Eddie Hall everyone knows who your talking about and it’s awesome.

It's insane to think how much dedication and singlemindedness this kind of a feat takes. The places you have to make your mind go. You can see it in his face, you have to make your self BELIEVE that you are in a situation where you HAVE TO pull that weight off the ground or die trying. The amount of adrenaline and the amount of strain it takes to push your self so unbelievably beyond your limits and even the limits of what humans are supposed to be capable of. Its no wonder he almost destroyed himself doing it, his body was probably screaming and tearing apart. Just unbelievable, amazing achievement.

you could tell when eddie was in the process of lifting that 500 kg, his eyes only showed pure will. there was nothing else there but pure will.

@@horseliver338 I believe Murph is referring to the disturbing scenario Eddie imagined before lifting the weight. The one where he said he cant say it out loud because that's how insane it was. Even if his mind went blank while lifting, that scenario was definitely working on a subconscious level.

Probably thought ”man I’m gonna look so cool doing this” bc he’s a douchebag who needs ppl approval and love. Honestly one of the worst personifies I’ve seen. Reminds me of Jon Jones minus the law issues.

Watching this today it's still mind blowing that a single person can lift that many weights. i know other strongmen tried and succeeded but Eddie was the first, he open up path that was humanly impossible and made it possible. The day he completed this challenge will be marked in modern human history as the day that Eddie becomes a REAL BEAST.
