@@corinerobillard7135 When you throw the bad apples out, do they make a sound? Or do they just vapourize? Don't worry...us bad apples AVOID the self-ingratiating atmosphere of a Pearl Jam masturbatorial lovefest like the plague. I've seen Eddie & the boyz primp in the mirror quite enough, thanks. You have your $800 concerts...and we have our free to $10 shows. We have bouncers for "pacifist" hecklers like you too. And a lot less rules to govern our good time. I can take a punch for real music & feelings. Enjoy the cleansing, warm enema that is Pearl Jam. Don't forget to rinse & hang the bag on the shower curtain to dry so your kids can ask "What's THAT, mommy?" Eddie Vedder gives you tingles like a pseudo politically edgey Fabio...I get it. He's your boyfriend while you are sleeping. (You feelin' me yet?) So get it over with, virtue Nazi. Send people to their proper line so your concert (and life) can fulfill your pipedream fantasy. The world does revolve around you, doesn't it?

That "dummy" also knew the guy she came with standing behind her was filming, and thought it'd be a funny moment to be in the shot. When Eddie saw it he laughed. Even funnier is the screen has been edited. That's actually Eddie in drag making a funny face and superimposed over her face on her phone!

Yeah...you ever go to a restaurant or in public, and see someone's kid running around & wonder why the parents just sit there & do nothing, ignoring it? And when the manager kicks the family out, everybody is like "Yay!". I've heard some people even say "They should discipline that kid..." But if you actually walked in their shoes, you might find that these kids ARE disciplined. Some PEOPLE, young and old, are just who & what they are. So what do you do? Well...society gangs up on them. Sends them to special schools, then therapists, then hospitals, then jails, rehabs, prisons, etc. Passive-aggressively pushing these people further out of sight, then mind... Human culture has no place for misfits. Drugs, prison, death...Australia. I observed hundreds of children at my jobs, and my own children, for decades. No one's "better" than anyone else. In fact, I've seen the "well behaved" kids get away with more than the "troubled" ones. And it just took a special person to see the special person in these "troubled kids". Once I touched base with them, told them I understood them, helped them find their outlet...their "thing" or art...they became great artists, musicians, and creative people. They may never became society's version of success, but they didn't lose their lives over it. Some went to rehab still, or remained "addicts". Some went to jail, or prison...but felt safer there than in "free" society. Some remained who they were..."mentally ill", but lived a life that worked for them. Some just couldn't hang on this earthly plane after being abandoned by their families & friends...and then society. Not everyone is cut from the same cloth. And who can say "socially acceptable" is a compliment? The world is rich & full of things that aren't human or society. The world, and the universe, does not revolve, or evolve, around human beings. Drop the stone...

_"I can appreciate that you can be strong..."_ * she proceeds to continue hitting rando in the crowd * This is why you don't try to ideologically cater to someone who's already proven to be violent and irrational. Appeasement just eggs them on. I don't remember if Vedder ever mentioned growing up in an abusive household, but if he had he'd know better.

Glenn Miller Ballroom, Boulder CO, 1991: I was stomped in the back of the head by Eddie Vedder’s boot after he jumped over me into the crowd while I was pressed up front. The back of my head was caked in blood. This was also right after the singer from Tad (opening band) landed on my leg and almost broke it. I limped for days. Good times and times sure have changed. I truly pity the concert goers of today, having to deal with people constantly filming a set, when they should let go and enjoy the music. Nothing justifies hitting the man, but I can understand the annoyance and stupidity generated by vast numbers of people filming, especially right in front of you, ruining the experience. You are destroying a magnificent memory with the need to capture an irrelevant lousy video clip, when you have the real Eddie Vedder in front of you. I watched Pearl Jam live in the 90s, the eruption of happiness when they came on stage for the first time was truly memorable. I have no clip of that, there are no videos on the internet of that concert. For me those concerts were far more special than today's concerts for one simple reason: people let go, they immersed themselves losing track of their own existence in the crowd. People went wild. What I see today is people worried with their own existence in the concert, saving clips for social media and unable to free themselves from the feeling that they are mere observers of the moment.

In the Age of Equality, don't mention her sex, just toss her out as a fellow human being. Way to hold her accountable for battery. And I thought Switzerland was a neutral nation. 😱

Love how snowflake conservatives get all political in the comments over a clip that’s a-political. Not even a PJ fan but y’all are as sensitive as woke folks like EV 😂😂

@Eddie Vedder You are sincerely welcome. I can almost promise I will not ever stop listening to Music cuz I cannot live without it noticeably present - every single day -in my life. And you should know what an influence and example you are in the World - So I just really want to say by this - because of your incredible music , talent ,soul and example - You have definitely been one of those who has contributed in an extraordinary way - to helping me stay positive ,tolerant, thoughtful and kind - so that each morning when I wake up - I have hope - that my day can have the best possible chance of being productive and positive and in turn, can help me be the best version of myself that I can be - for me but more importantly for others! And if my day is not as positive and productive as I would like or things go terribly wrong - I know I can handle it ..... and then there is always Music to help soothe the tough and smooth the rough parts of it.... it keeps me going strong. And to me that is HUGE. So REALLY... I sincerely want to say to You and Your Family, which includes your Fellow Musicians and Band Members I'm sure - Thank you Thank you from deep in the bottom of my heart !

I don't think that lady was a true Pearl jam fan because Pearl jam is all about people filming and recording their concert what do you expect they've even recorded every show they've done it's not like Metallica or Nirvana who doesn't like bootleggers

Uh, hahahaha how dumb are these conservatives? Y'all truly keep making the new republican party look worse and worse by making comments such as this one. I'm loving it! Sucks though, remember when the republican party was respected and wasn't such a joke? I sure do. The last time y'all were decent was when Bush was president. After that, y'all brought trash to y'all's party.
