For the first time I see a house in your channel with price is right in Lagos very spacious & beautiful
@eyesb39112 жыл бұрын
This house is nice but the Nigerian developers need to incorporate fitted wardrobes/walk in closets in some of their homes. This will give it an even more modern feel.
@Blessedone3282 жыл бұрын
I agree.
@justicejoycetv2 жыл бұрын
Yes, Closets for sure. As a visiting foreigner these wardrobes are not it.
@kasmirsdaughter621110 ай бұрын
Would be nice. Built in closets are the standard in American homes. Not worldwide. Not that you won’t find them in European or African homes but in the just not typical. So it’s not just a Nigerian thing.
@eyesb391110 ай бұрын
@@kasmirsdaughter6211 no one has said it's just a Nigerian thing. It's a video of a house in Nigerian hence the comment
@kasmirsdaughter621110 ай бұрын
Okay. So you can read but you struggle with comprehension. Someone stated that as a “foreigner” she would like to see one. Easy to comprehend that my response was to her. If she had said as an “American” then the comment as I wrote it would not be necessary.

Beautiful kitchen and exterior designs. I really wish The developers in West Africa believed in feng shui and would step into the new century with the interior designs. When you first walk in these homes and it’s just a room facing a door it throws off all fung shui. Open the first floor up to have a flow and let the sun light in.
@zeeqq105 Жыл бұрын
That’s Chinese ideology. This is Nigeria in Africa.🤦🏽♀️
@89thebestever Жыл бұрын
@@zeeqq105 true but that doesn’t mean the Chinese are wrong and didn’t figure out a better flow for living. It’s been proven that you feel better in a home that’s open, that allows the sun to come in but I respect west African culture so if you like it and it works for you more power to you. Blessings.

*Quick Note: 44million naira is $88k USD.* And, that's being quite conservative with a 500 naira exchange for each US dollar on the Black Market at the Bureau de Change. Cute Hat 🤩

But if you plan on relocating it’s not a good price, I don’t think. The question is …..can the average Nigerian afford this? Is it comparable to an average salary in Nigeria. In the states yes but Nigeria I don’t think so. So for anyone relocating or repatriating I’m not so sure

If a person has an ambitious economic development plan can't side tracked by family, friends and community pettiness. Engaging in serious spiritual civil war with negligible economic benefits.
