Looks like the developers didn't think people would look inside it opened like me that they took a shortcut and removed the bottom.

you can lure enemy to wandering puppets in side ops, they will just simply stunned, but you cannot woke them up by knocking it again, same if you tranq enemy if they near wandering puppets, now the best part is carry that soldier in the middle of the road and wait for patrol or supply truck, (with wandering puppets stil there but not so close, for example put wandering puppets in that small toilet) and see it for yourself, you might already know this but I dont see it in your video.
