@@justinbean971 Metal Gear 5 is an open world steath sandbox. If you got bored playing it then that says more about you than it does about the game. With a little creativity you can play the same mission half a dozen times and it will play out differently each time. Its vastly different from the other titles of the series where you sneak to a spot, watch a cutscene for 20 mintues then you fight a boss.

I think the only thing Konami can do, is to play it safe and remake the first Metal Gear Solid and have Shadow Moses base as a big open world, free style facility, akin to something like arkham asylum. A remake would bypass Konami's problem that the team doesnt have Kojima as their creative director and where to go next with the story. They wouldn't have to take a chance by creating or formulating another part of the story, that fans may or may not like. It would be a safe bet to just give the already loved game an overhaul, rather than risk doing something new ot getting new writers in that will probably not be well recieved, because lets face it, how can anyone be on par with Kojima? He goes to sleep, dreams this stuff and then puts it on paper the following morning. This way fans would be given a great game, gaining Konami support from the fans and be more likely to expand on Kojima's work in the future. Im not totally against others expanding upon great works of fiction and expanding their universes. It has happened lots of times and successfully. But it has to be done right, ofcourse.

Throwing a smoke grenade in your own vehicle is an interesting tactic.. (although I would actually stop or crash the vehicle in a way so it can immediately be used as cover/concealment, then pull down goggles & suprise suprise). Otherwise I would have thrown it in the hostage held vehicle but first either detonate C4 and/or call in air support (if possible) for a distraction THEN drive away the hostage[s] in the smoke shrouded vehicle at an optimal speed (& direction) which still keeps you as concealed as possible while escaping...your chances of a successful extraction will go WAY up.

Actually the first one isn't really much of a hidden/unexpected thing. The game literally tells you you can do that. You can also command them to lie down afterward and they'll stay like that until the base goes on alert or someone calls out to them.

Wonderful game mechanics, but the critism of Chronic Repetition is actually justified. If you don't mind the repetition, then great. This game won't please everyone. The ever growing menu and recycling of the same orders was like repeat torture. Metal Groundhog-Day Solid. No disrespect to Hideo Kojima though, he is an absolute genius one of the greatest videogame creators ever.

It's really nice to see new videos on MGS5. Best game ever made IMO. I hope that Konami release the last chapter of MGSV and make it the same size as the the first 2 chapters. Kojima had already written the full story. We missed out on the White Mamba becoming Liquid Snake, Miller being discovered as a traitor, Skull Face making a surprise return (he was too easy to kill) and other revelations about Quiet, Otacon and Code Talker.

Years later it came that he was still alive (sort of) as a cyborg ninja. That too is all missing! I'd love the back drop on Eli and where is the child version of either John or David (solid snake) and the story of young liquid solid and solidus and how did solidus join the ranks of the Illuminati... I mean philosophers?? So much is missing and it would be great if hideo made more games utilizing the stories of all these characters.

Shadow of Mordor is amazing. A word of advice though, there are two regions of gameplay, the mountainy arid area you start in and a green forested (sort of) area. If you don't progress the story at a medium pace and dick around too much in the first area you're not gonne enjoy the second area as much, which is what happened to me so my advice is not to do it.
