For people struggling to beat the skulls in this stage, follow the right path through the river like the video suggests. Avoid them completely and locate code talker. Then, hide him somewhere safely and move into the jungle area. Its much easier to hide there and take them down one by one.

They must not see you running down the river, or they will follow you. That's why edepot is staying on the right side of the river (opposite to the Skulls).

Another very easy way to get past the Skulls is to use Quiet and the cover command, after you got her back by doing 'Cloaked in Silence' 6 or 7 times in a row. Also, using smoke grenades or smoke launcher to cover yourself towards the Skulls to snipe them easily works like a charm as well.

An another silly trick (not necessary, but you can do it) is: as soon as you rescue Code Talker and the game saves... restart from the checkpoint and you can start to run immediatly, instead of waiting for his speech. (not sure if 'restarting' will influence your Rank, or not... never noticed)

That's actually a good tip. You lose only 5k for the 'No Retries' part, which still leaves you at over 200k - easy S rank.

I was also demon snake through (enough demon points to be constantly covered in blood) Demon snake might also make you super vulnerable or detectable in those missions. Also had the sneaking suit on

I tried everything. Even to that first cliff one is always waiting for me there and shoots me. I tried tank and they destroy it, tried running past dodging and weaving no luck. Called for a sandstorm and did the climbing and got to mansion but I don't think that will get me an s rank

I know it's late, but the blueprint for the AM-MRS tranq sniper is available after you've completed one of the later main Dispatch Missions. The Grade-5 NL version is available to unlock once you've finished development the Grade-4 lethal version.

One shot to the face at point-blank (less than 10m) knocks them out cold, but they recover quickly so only use it if you're fultoning everyone out of there.

Cool tutorial except you can only unlock that outfit when all the levels are completed with a s ranking and since this tutorial relies on the suit to get a s rank its impossible since nobody can have that suit without the s rank and vice versa

Mission 48 is EXTREME. You get the Raiden suit by S ranking NORMAL missions. So it is possible to follow this video. Just S Rank all the normal mission, get the suit, and then do the Extreme versions. The normal Code Talker is mission 28, not 48.
