Hi Thanks for the video, the last question, I was expecting the inverse of the angle would be cot for tan ...sin inverse is cosec...etc But it was just using shift in the calculator .

Your thinking about the reciprocal. The reciprocal of tan is cot and reciprocal of sin is cosec, but this is the inverse, so arcsin is just inverse sin or sin to the power -1. Hope this helps

Hi sir quick question. I have read that only one to one functions will have inverses. So doesn't this mean the graphs you had illustrated should have restricted domains?

Well spotted, yes for the inverse to exist the graph should actually be restricted from negative pi/2 to positive pi/2 inclusive. However, I’ve sketched it for negative pi to positive pi inclusive as a way of showing how the inverse can be sketched from the original by reversing the domain and range. Keep up the great work, attention to detail will take you far in life. Well done 👍🏻
