First time clicking on this account and i thought it would be lots of waffle as the video was 21 minutes long. However i have never watched a man explain math's so well. I have a question Are the powers not supposed to be added/subtracted at 10:17 or to you just bring the x² down as it Is and dose this apply to every polynomial done ?

no dont subtract the powers, it just become -12x^2
