You did not say at the end of the video, Why the NMR its name is changed instead of MRI in hospitals, I am curious to know cause we studied it in AL biology as MRI and not NMR? but thanks again for your hard work and your useful videos :)

They call it MRI because average people are terrified of the word “nuclear” due to the media and history so they don’t want to go into a machine that they think is radioactive

It is likely to be a C14 isotope that exists in one of the molecules. They are pretty rare which is why the peak is tiny. 👍
