Dear Sir, 1. At the outset, you should have put the Disclaimer that you are a PhD; otherwise it's quite misleading. 2. Please advise, if a person like me who has a Masters (MBA in my case) from USA, can apply under EB1 category and get the Green Card in 1 year as you could?
