Edgebanding Small Parts improvement

When running small pieces on an edgebander it necessary to add a small block in to extend the length of the part as most edgebander can’t trim parts smaller than about 7”. This was a simple quick solution to remove some of that struggle of trimming small parts on the edge bander.

awesome video. i don't suppose you have a suggestion for my dilemma. How can you use an edge banding machine to edge narrow parts. I have a few pieces of 442x18x18mm. How can i efficiently edge band the the two sides of 18x442mm when the wood only has a depth of 18mm to run through the edgebander?
