👍👍 Always check out your videos , I purchased this regulator and never installed it on my old unregulated M rod , I now see it can be installed in any of the .177 , .22 & .25 and be adjusted !

I don’t think it wil just fit in a Marauder 🤔 maybe I am wrong but the length of spacer and so on doesn’t match up .

@@Airbuks I should have been specific when I said this regulator , it’s made by Huma for the Benjamin Marauder for the .177. & 22 . What made your video special was the correct way to adjust the power if you wanted to make changes .

What would be the optimum reg pressure for a 10.6 inch .177 pistol carbine for power and efficiency? ..with a 33cc Plenum. My pcp air rifle/carbine is unregulated firing 8.7gr pellet at 750 fps from 180 to 120 bar. At 220 bar it just shoots very less fps. The manufacturer wants to know what pressure i want them to set the reg for me but i really don't know. I want more power with some level of efficiency.

That is a question I can answer as I don’t have experience with high power pistols as I am not allowed to own those except max 7j . On the other side I also can’t answer that question as I don’t know the manufacturer and everyone uses different valves etc

Use a Huma Reg Tester to set the Huma regulator to a desired pressure setting. You cannot trust the markings on that paper tape Huma puts on it. The one you put in that Edgun could be set at 120 Bar or 130 Bar and you would never know for sure unless you tested it with a Huma reg tester! Even though it was set to a specific pressure at Huma that matches the mark on the paper, when you adjusted it up and then back down you can't have a clue if it is truly set at 125 Bar or not...unless you were just super lucky that day.

You are right , I won’t argue with that . But I use it like it comes to me and to everyone else . Not everyone owns a reg tester.

@@Airbuks No, you didn't use it the way it came to you. When you order a reg from Huma it is set to whatever pressure you desire before its shipped to you. You changed its initial setting from where Huma set it to something different, which you erroneously assumed was 125 Bar based on the graduated tape on the reg. The problem is that those graduations are not accurate! Suggestion: Ask Huub to send you a reg tester for each type of reg you are installing for people...in exchange for all the free advertising you are doing for him, he will probably give you a wonderful discount.

@@charlespeffley I ordered one directly from Huma after watching this great video. I requested that it be shipped at 125. Put it in my .22 Lelya and pulled my hair out trying to understand what was wrong. After quite a few email exchanges with Huma (excellent customer service) we realized the screw was in one full turn too far but the mark still said 125...
