Hun, I can't tell you how many cake decorators I'm subscribed to and YOU are the ONLY one I watch!!!!! I stopped cake decorating when my ocd hit a max high and i worried about all the particle of dust from every product that floated around and then landed on areas that I would clean with way to much Clorox. I eventually had to stop. But beside that, I love your channel so much and your wonderful personality. I always comment on the ones I watch. That I do not have a lot of experience with unfortunately:( When I still had my business up and running I stayed away from it since I was petrified of cross contamination. I worked from home and then in a commercial kitchen. Now my boss does do some and these recipes have come a long way from 10 years ago! I am learning as I go at the bakery, but I do mainly the decorating now.

@@sophisticakesbymary Before working at this bakery I ran from these cakes like the plague, but I find it’s not so awful, accept that we’re very limited in what we can use to beautify our cakes. It’s so frustrating, but we do the best we can bring that the bakery is vegan, gluten free, kosher, and the top 10 allergens free. I have to admit, I truly do miss working with the good old full fat butter and not so good for you additives, all of that makes for such pretty cakes!
