Those Moukeys (noname "brand", another "amazon only" ) is obviously some kind of rip-off from Edifier 1280's speakers. By the looks of it it's probably was made using crappy OEM drivers. And those Moukeys is a pure scam: there is no point of making 3-way speakers in this small bookshelf cabinets, and there is also no point of using this small driver for MID frequencies - it won't do nothing. 4-inch woofer is more than enough for LOW and MID frequencies to do the work.

I wanted to buy new speakers and i want the r1280 but they are pretty big and dont look so nice on my desk how do the sanyun sw208 compare to them? Or do you have any other reccomendations in these price ranges?

Hello, the Sanyun SW208 sound quality doesn't even come close to the Edifiers. Checkout the Edifier G2000, it's much smaller then the R1280 yet it has a very good sound. I didn't try them, I tried the R33BT that I don't recommend. I also tried the R980T, it is good, cheaper then the R1280 but not much smaller
