If its not Panadol it can never be like Panadol. Ugu leaves and water leaves are the vegetables, outside these pls give that your soup the country name in which its is prepared.

Can I use frozen spinach in place of the fresh spinach? Can I make this soup with the spinach as the only vegetable? I'm not sure I want to add the lambs lettuce. What do you think?!
@ransolinaekwere81037 жыл бұрын
Onyi asogwa if you are using spinach it's no longer edikan ikong

Great job. Pls Can water spinach (morning glory) it has a bit of 'slippery substance' like water leaf substitute "Spinach' for the 'pumpkin" leaf if I can't find spinach ?
@LilianNke10 жыл бұрын
Amara Victor i haven't tried ''morning glory '' and don't know how it tastes dear. The spinach I used is very common, so you won't have any problems finding it at the stores or market.
@hildaiinyang58728 жыл бұрын
This is not Edikang Ikong soup pls. Stop misleading people or better still, limit your cooking to your local meals. We Efiks don't season soup condiments with onions, thyme and curry as seen in this video.
@iniobott56218 жыл бұрын
I totally agree with you Hilda, even the Afang is not Afang soup. Stick to what you know or better still ask someone that knows how to cook Edikang Ikong soup to teach you.
@ransolinaekwere81037 жыл бұрын
Hilda Iinyang you are damn right, how can one season meat meant for soup with thyme, curry and all that stew seasonings?.. and even wash smoked fish with hot water, wtf!...
@Captmach46 жыл бұрын
Hilda Iinyang American pancake is different from Nigerian pancake...still pancake.
