The ugu to water leaves ratio to use for Edikang Ikong Soup is either 2 to 1 or 3 to 1.
- Ugu
- Water leaves
- ¼ cup red palm oil
- Beef
- Stock fish
- Ponmo (cow skin)
- 1 handful crayfish
- 2 big seasoning cubes
