I love this feature, this is going to save me so much time! And yes please, let's have it in Audition!

Bring it on. Audition needs an update with these features.

Purty slick! I also like using Constant Power to smooth things out a tad. But putting text-based editing in Audition? Now that would be like a bottomless bag of chips (sorry...crisps). Yes, please! Thanks again, Mike!

You're absolutely right! Text-based editing in Audition would be a fantastic addition for producers. Constant Power is good but nothing beats those smooth fades in Adobe Audition multitrack, right?!

1000000000% needed on audition, both for really slick editing and for producing an exportable transcript for accessibility

Yes, this is exactly how I'm going to edit my podcast. I wish it was in Audition as well!

Now we need it to be able to edit multiple tracks at once. If, for example, you record in Zencastr where each speaker is a separate track, you need to be able to go back and forth, editing them all at once for big cuts and often individual to deal with cross talk or other places where maybe there's noise in one while another's speaking. But still... this is a great step. (I said this on your other similar video, too... just to spread the demand. :) )

If I could visually edit out weird, loud breaths and um's using Audition, I would be in heaven!

Absolutely! Your podcast editing process will become a breeze! You should really check the filler words in Premiere Pro Beta. It’s epic!

Premier + Audition with this could compete and be more accessible than Avid for dialog editing tasks and some Post Prod
@MikeRussell9 ай бұрын
Absolutely, combining Premiere Pro and Audition for podcast editing can definitely rival Avid.

Can you imagine going back fifty years and telling someone editing audio using reel-to-reel and telling them that in the future they would be editing audio using text. It would blow their mind.
@MikeRussell Жыл бұрын
Absolutely! Next we'll be editing audio with just our mind 🧠

Yey! There's a software that does this but hard to use as video editor, it's more of transcription

If you're looking for text-based editing specifically for videos, Premiere Pro is so robust, I'm using it daily!

@Mike Would you submit a feature request to Adobe website and then encouraging your followers to go and like your ticket? It will be upvoted and we will have more chance to see this feature coming in Adobe Audition one day 🥲

That's a fantastic idea!
