Not only that, but he held the killer of his master and lover in his dying moments with the same care as he would a dying friend. Kenobi is the best Jedi. I don't care what anyone says.

To be fair Obi Wan wasn’t born a slave and didn’t have to endure the physical and emotional abuse that Anakin did. Anakin didn’t have a stable childhood, his emotional growth was stunted when he was forced to leave his mother behind. Obi Wan did make some mistakes with Anakin, he wasn’t able to give him the emotional support that he needed. We can see how different he was with Luke, he was determined to mend his mistakes with Anakin.

The cut scenes and cross fadings of similar sequences from the films to the animated series was spectacular. And interlacing the dialogues and keeping it a consistent throughout the video was INSANE! I can barely do that for 5 minutes but 10 minutes?! HFP is wizard.

What has he lost as a Jedi, everything. People who say the fight in Revenge of the Sith is too long, think how hard it was for Kenobi during that entire fight. This was Anakin, he was a child when Qui Gon made Kenobi promise to train Anakin, Anakin grew up right beside him, trained, shared laughters, tears and blood together. He later trained Luke, Anakin offspring, brought Luke to meet his father, Anakin, while saving Anakin’s daughter, Leia. Who is Obi Wan Kenobi, an example, a friend, a master, a teacher, a knight, a legend.

A man who have fail so much despite being so underrated. Embody the ideals of an ancient jedi order that was dying of stagnation and unbalance. Couldn’t see in his heart that forgiveness was far more powerful then the pull of the dark side.

Indeed, the Jedi code of the old order was flawed, and the Jedi had become too dogmatic, rigid, arrogant, and out of touch with the people of the galaxy. The code has changed over several millennia. Before their last battle with the Sith (1,000 years ago) the Jedi were adaptable, and more flexible, and the Sith were stuck in the old ways. After their last battle it was the Sith who had evolved, and the Jedi who became stuck in their ways (dogmatic), how ironic.

I know what you're saying with Obi-Wan. He is the perfect human, not in sense that he's perfect, but he is a combination of all the best personalities and traits of human beings. He has lost everything and everyone that he loved nut never stopped fighting for what was right.

Not entirely, don’t forget he still had Luke (and Leia) to watch over and protect. It was his one chance to mend his mistakes with Anakin by being a more understanding and supportive master with Luke.
