There is a legitimate change happening inside of me. After years of dreaming and subconsciously feeling like I'm not enough, or that I don't have what it takes, I am finally turning dreams into GOALS that I am putting in the effort towards. It's an insane confidence boost. A couple months ago I asked myself "Are your dreams too big?" And then my inner child spoke to me clear as day and I then asked myself "What kind of question is that?!" No, your dreams aren't too big...you just need to have unwaivering faith in yourself. That's the link between the two. It's the missing puzzle piece. So for every one of you out there who have asked the same questions of yourself, or went through that mental struggle...BELIEVE IN YOURSELF DAMNIT! Don't look to outside sources for validation. This is an internal journey. Nothing more, nothing less. You are worth giving your goals a real, honest effort.

Doubt you’ll see this or be able to comment but wanted to say that was a phenomenal show and your content is helping me understand what it takes to be great and to “max out” in my life. I’ve watched the show for a while now too. I’m going to break down this episode into 7 parts and use them to create behavior change to help me achieve my goals. Thank you for taking care of your health so that you’ll have the energy and ability to create great content like this. Been on the straight and narrow for 1 year now and want to start my own business which I’m gonna start doing virtually because there’s such little overhead. Anywho, thanks, this is so good!

GOALS are Used to Grow Towards, Through Repetition and Consistency, Applying Massive ACTION, and MINDSET. We GROW Through what We GO Through....So we'll never know or grow...if we don't ever GO. Often we are only Three Feet from GOLD...So Burn the Boats...and Climb🌱

This is for me as I'm watching and listening. I recommend you also listen to the whole thing to get the nuances of Ed's wisdom 1. Specify the goal - be VERY specific on what you want and why 2. A catalyst habit (first steps) - what's the habits you need to develop to get you there, be clear on the goals that will get you there 3. Eliminate distractions - reflect and get rid of them 4. Success leaves footprints - model a successful person 5. Depth perception - what you want is not as far away as you think, so hurry and move, with just being obsessed you can be in the top 5% in no time 6. Measure your performance - as you measure you improve 7. Appropriate rewards - get your dopamine hits along the way as you hit those goals, but don't go overboard with the reward, you need to always keep doing more Stop judging who you used to be and judging others

Fantastic insights! One key practice I've seen that work is the weekly review, where we assess which habits are pushing us closer to our goals and which aren't, making a dynamic approach to habit formation. 🚀
